Returns and Refunds

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report all damages and shortages within 7 working days. Please return items via UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation along with your packing slip to receive a prompt exchange or refund. Posters and videos are not returnable.

Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and return shipping costs.

The Zephyr Catalog does not provide complimentary review or examination copies. Some featured titles may be available, however, via Independent Publishers Group. Please visit www.ipgbook.com and perform a title search. If the book is available, follow the directions provided under the "Request a desk copy" button in the sidebar.
