Fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When faxing, please do not mail your original order as your order may be duplicated.

Fill out the order form included in your catalog (or download one here) and drop it in the mail. Our mailing address is: The Zephyr Catalog, 814 N. Franklin St., Chicago, IL 60610-3109.
How do I pay for my order?
U.S., Canadian, Puerto Rican residents
- Online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Catalog orders (mail or fax) must be prepaid by check or money order, charged to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, or accompanied by an official school or institutional purchase order. Our terms are net 30 days from date of invoice
International orders
- All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by bank draft, money order, or check. Please fax your order to us and we will fax back a pro forma invoice with the exact amount due, or call our Customer Service department. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery.
How is my order shipped?
Every order is a priority for us, and in-stock items are shipped within 24–48 hours. Please call Customer Service at (800) 232-2187 if you require overnight or second-day shipping rates.

To take advantage of the 5% web pricing, school districts that require a purchase order can print out this Web order form and attach it to your school purchase order when you sent it in. This 5% discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
